Module 1 · Claude Cowork Fundamentals
When to delegate, when to verify, when to do the task yourself
The judgment that makes you effective, not naive
The most valuable thing you'll learn isn't how to ask — it's when to trust the result and when to verify it. This is what separates someone who uses the tool wisely from someone who gets burned.
The decision matrix: stakes × reversibility
Two questions tell you what to do with any result:
- What are the stakes? If it's wrong, what do you lose? (Time? Money? Reputation?)
- How reversible is it? Can you easily undo it, or is it final — sent to a client, deleted, signed?
Easily reversible
Hard to undo
