2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing the course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the course.
3. What we offer
- The Colearn course — a paid, self-paced online course delivered as web-based lessons plus a downloadable PDF. Access is granted immediately after purchase.
- The Starting Kit — a downloadable set of pre-built skills offered on a “pay what you want” basis.
4. Payments and billing
Course purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, issues your invoice and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown per market and may vary by country. Pay-what-you-want contributions for the Starting Kit are also processed by Lemon Squeezy.
5. Delivery
The course is digital content delivered electronically. You receive access (including the downloadable PDF) immediately after your payment is confirmed. No physical product is shipped.
6. Licence and acceptable use
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own learning. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publicly post the materials;
- share your downloaded files or grant others access to your purchase;
- scrape, copy or republish the content in whole or in part.
Downloaded PDFs are personalised and watermarked with the purchasing customer’s name and email to discourage unauthorised sharing.
7. Intellectual property
All course content — text, lessons, structure, downloadable materials and the Colearn brand — is owned by Constanting / Constantin Stan and protected by copyright. All rights reserved except for the licence granted in section 6.
8. Third-party tools and independence
The course teaches the use of third-party tools, including Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic. Colearn is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or any other tool provider. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing, which are your responsibility.
9. No guarantee of results
The course is provided for educational purposes. While we aim to make it practical and useful, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, productivity gain or result. The materials are provided “as is”.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the course or website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law, which remain unaffected.
11. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date above. Material changes do not affect purchases already made.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU continue to apply. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
