Module 2 · Hands-on project
The hands-on project: from chaos to system
The scenario, the rules of the game, and what you'll have at the end
Now we put it all into practice. We start with a pile of disorganized files — documents, spreadsheets, notes, templates, operational info — and turn them into a coherent system that works for you.
The scenario
You work in a small office. You have one "catch-all" folder: invoices mixed in with meeting notes, old quotes, a half-finished client spreadsheet, saved emails, two templates nobody can find anymore. Sound familiar? This is where most people start.
The goal: not just to "clean it up once," but to build a workflow — a repeatable way of working where new files settle into place and the repetitive work is handled by reusable skills.
