We want you to be happy with the Colearn course. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email hello@colearn.live within 14 days of your purchase, including the email address you used and your order number (shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We’ll take care of the rest.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the amount to appear.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under EU consumer law. For digital content delivered immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply once you begin accessing or downloading the materials — but our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless, and your mandatory consumer rights are never affected.

The Starting Kit is offered on a voluntary “pay what you want” basis via Lemon Squeezy. As these are voluntary contributions, they are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
