Module 2 · Hands-on project
Your 30-day plan
What you do, concretely, in the first month — so it doesn't stay theory
The course gave you the tools. This plan gives you the order to use them in. Four weeks, each with a single goal — from your first quick win to a system that runs on its own. Do as much as you can, but do it in this order.
| Week | Goal | Supporting lessons |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Quick wins | One-off, manual tasks that take you ~20 min | 1.1–1.6 |
| 2 · Rules & skills | Turn what you repeat into rules and your first skill | 1.10–1.11, 2.2 |
| 3 · Connecting & automating | Connect one tool and schedule a draft-only routine | 1.12, 2.10 |
| 4 · Your system | Pull it all into your own workflow and refine it | 2.11 |
Week 1 — Gain confidence with quick wins
The goal isn't big impact, it's seeing that it works. Pick a good starter task — one that has all three:
- ☑️ Clear input: a specific file (a PDF, a CSV, an Excel sheet)
- ☑️ Defined output: you know exactly what you want at the end (a summary, a table)
- ☑️ ~20 minutes if you did it by hand
Do one a day, using the 4-block template (lesson 1.4). By Friday you'll have 3–5 wins under your belt.
